Light weight and sturdy. Good way to get a gentle calf stretch at work.

This item was delivered promptly and was well packaged. I was able to use immediately out of the box. I weigh 185 lbs. and I found it to be very sturdy. It is great for your home gym to do a variety of exercises especially for leg stretching. I am recovering from a tear in the soft tissue of my left calf and along with physical therapy this has helped me stretch out at home. I highly recommend the Strong Tek adjustable Slant Board.

Worth every penny.

Helpful for plantar fasciitis with heel pain and for knee pain. My physical therapist suggested purchasing a slant board like I used at their facility. I was not sure this lighter less expensive device would work as well as the larger ones but I took a chance. It is perfect for my use at home and easy to pick up and move. I have it located near a walkway so that I can easily stretch my leg and foot multiple times a day. My husband has knee pain and it is helping him as well. It folds and we can take it along when traveling too. I recommend it.

It was exactly what I expected

I used this in our motorhome passenger seat floor to keep my legs comfortable. It fit perfectly in the limited space and adjusted as needed. Love this!
Steve_P.
It's soooooo lightweight. Best price! Comfy padding for the back of your heels. Great adjustability. Better buy than all those wooden and metal ones beginning @$60 and up. This one is half that price! All and all Definitely the better buy!
Kathryn_E._Stoner
I like everything about this calf stretcher. It is exactly like it was described.
Karen_S
I previously ordered a wooden calf stretcher but returned it because it was too big and heavy for easy use. It was also about twice the price of this stretcher. I then ordered this calf stretcher and it does the job well of stretching my tight calves. I'm also using it under my desk as a foot rest and I like that aspect, as well. It's light, small but stable and folds easily for storage.

Delivery was super fast. Product does what it tells.

Product as described. Everything about it first class. Half price to change from wood to sturdy plastic. Using for plantar fasciitis stretch & is working well. Small family business shows in packaging, satisfaction guarantee & care in assuring a good product. Thanks.

This slant board is very helpful for my tight muscles due to Muscular Dystrophy. It is giving me great relief and therefore rest.It is very sturdy and I feel safe on it. Looking forward to less sore and tired muscles.
Ben_Lawal
I ordered a second one for a friend yesterday. In 2 weeks, I can touch my for floor from a standing position at any given time (I’ve never been able to do this consistently and have really tight calf muscles)I’ve used it in the morning and in the evening for a few minutes with my back against a wall. I do this on the second easiest level. It takes some deep breathing as you can feel muscle groups you dont use as often wake up.Then I turn it back to to the easiest level and stretch by trying to touch my toes and it’s the best back stretch I’ve ever gotten.I don’t get injuries when I run and rarely need to ice up anything as most of my body is in alignment. I got this as it’s lighter than the wooden ones.

I bought this to keep doing my physical therapy stretching at home. It is comfortable and sturdy, easy to move and adjust. It's a little on the small side,so don't know how well it would work for tall men. I am pleased with this purchase.
The_Shopper
I love a can domy own rehab at home and reduce my medical bills.
Thomas_Sireno
1) It’s lowest setting is too steep2) it’s too small3) it has something to hold your foot on it that goes behind your heel. This makes It difficult to step up on and it feels unstable.4) I am recovering from a back surgery that has effected my leg. This is useless in my condition. It probably would be ok for someone healthy who just wanted to stretch their calf
Bunny
cost light weight folds does the job as the one in PT
kathy_deaderick
My husband's physical therapist recommended your product to stretch calf muscles. Works great!
Carol_Schleuning
I use it to stretch the calf muscles. It was part of a rehabilitation program for lower back disc situation. The one I used at Advent Health/Winter Park- someone had made out of wood with non-skid surface. Your item is easy to store out of the way.---I don't know how many I looked at online; this I decided was the best option.
Patricia_C.
Bought for my husband. He absolutely loves it. He is really picky...homerun!!!
jeanne_d.
While I plan to try some of the exercises, I primarily got this because I wanted something to keep my foot in position when I cut my toenails. And it works beautifully for that.
Mercury_Man
This is a nice slant boardSeems to be sturdy and good quality. My wife has used it a lot to try to clear up her plantar fasciitis.
Jake_Smith
Excellent product. It definitely helped me stretch my calves. I liked the ability to change angles.
Joan
I bought this to use as a foot rest under my computer desk. It is exactly what I hoped it would be. Very comfortable, adjustable, non-slip, tan color that blends in with the surrounding area, and it is easy to clean.
Tonja_Stevens
Great sitting reading a book, watching TV. Standing on it sturdy, not wide enough. It helps to relieve plantar fasciitis.

This board is really helping my plantar fasciitis! It gives my calves a great stretch. The board is sturdy.

Strong and durable

It is a gift so I don't know
Jeanne_C.
Unfortunately it doesn’t stay in the level you like, and no way to make it.
GMD
I had to send this item back. Metal would not stay in place.
swtralph
Works great and seems fairly sturdy Not sure this would work for a large foot but for my 8.5 men's foot the size is fine Easy to set up and easy to put away. Came with some illustrations where a lady is standing with her full weight on it. Seems stout but still question if it will support my full body weight. Regardless provides a much better Stretch than the wall
Steven
I have had foot surgery and was advised to purchase and use a portable slant board. It's more than met my requirements.
G._W.
Very stable, sturdy. Board can be slanted to meet your flexibility as you stretch. Really helped my plantar fasciitis and tight calf muscles.
David_Scott_Brown
Purchased for my mother. She is disabled and this was purchased as a rehabilitation/weight loss/excercise aid.I was able to verify sturdiness, I am 6'2, 250 and muscular it easily supports me. My mother is shorter and it holds her. Her therapist has indicated this will be good for her stretches and posture.
JW
This makes it easier to do calf stretches rather than leaning into the wall. I just wish it was a little larger. I worry about stability.
Amazon_Customer
The angle of the slant is way too great. Even set as low as it goes, this product is unusable.
Meaghan_Fuchs
After getting a bad ankle injury I used a board like this at my Physical Therapist's office. I got this for the house and use it after exercise or any time my ankles or calves feel tight. Highly recommend.
Leatherkrooger
Once I got it put together I love it. The metal square was not in place and it was hard to get it attached. I broke my ankle and am using it as part of my PT. It helps with my stretches.
?
I use this under my desk while at work. It is perfect for this.
Sally_Gould
perfect for stretching out calf and heel problems
Mary_M
This is great for stretching your calves. You can change the height as needed to get a good stretch. I found it handled a problem with my foot where it seemed the nerve was somehow trapped, but stretching that calf on this resolves that foot pain. It works differently than just putting your foot against the wall or on the edge of the step, because your foot stays flat while you stretch. This will change what is getting stretched and how it is getting stretched. I didn't select any stars for 'comfort' because, well, stretching isn't necessarily 'comfortable'. Nothing wrong with the board itself.
Melissa_Mathison
The Slant board worked for stretching my calf muscles. I did not think it is that strudy with it being plastic. I should have gotten a wooden one.
Patricia_D_Mackenzie
product arrived on time and as described. It is perfect for doing heel stretches. It is sturdy enough for me (130 lbs).
Frank_L._Lowe
Needed a foot stool to put my feet up on while I work on my computer. Product delivered as described.
reader066
I wear a 7-1/2 size shoe and it barely fits the board. I am going to give it a few more days to see if I feel safe using it.
Laura_SantaMaria
I was a little hesitant because I didn’t think it could be a strong as one of the wooden calf stretch boards, but it’s very sturdy. I’m so glad I got this and not one that’s 3 times the price!
Nicole_
Too many tools out there for stretching your calf and foot don't offer flexibility. I love that I get to set the steepness, that it had the ridges to grip with, and how easy this board is to use.
Amazon_Customer
My son was born with clubfeet. We purchased this slant board on the recommendation of his physical therapist to help with his dorsiflexion. We use this every morning and evening to stretch his feet and ankles. We’ve been using it for two weeks, and he’s already added an extra degree of dorsiflexion.
Amazon_Customer
Lightweight but sturdy.
S_W
Just lacking a little in stability compared to more expensive models I tried, but it does cost half as much.
Harriet_G_Tuch
This is a great slant board easy to use and take with you if you have to.
Me
So I have a knee that needs surgery and in the meantime I used a wooden one in therapy just like this. However it is almost twice as much. So I bought this because I really needed one at home. I am so glad. it does that same job. I just started using it and I weigh 230 lbs. At first I wasn't sure it would take my weight even though it goes up to 300lbs, but it does. It is constructed well and I am glad I purchased it. I do recommend cushy socks or a thin rubberized soled shoe with a backing.. They do have rubber for the heel but I think a shoe that your foot can't slip out of is better especially when you get off and on it. I also make sure I have something to lean on when I get off and on it.It comes with instructions as well. I like that it came in teal. It's pretty.

This incline board works good for calf stretches and it seems very sturdy. However, it is small, so if you have large feet (I'm size 7), or if you are unstable on your feet you may need a larger platform to stand on. Perfect for what I needed.
Joe_V.
I bought this to stretch my heel with a bone spur while sitting at a desk job during the day. It has been a bit of a magic bullet for me. Well worth the modest cost.
Kiwanda_First
The steel bar doesn’t stay with the joint, so you have to put in back in often, that takes away from trusting its ability to support your weight in workout without collapsing
Louis_Salin
Works great for a good price. The cushion at the bottom doesn't bother me at all and I'm able to completely stand on one foot on the board to fully press my heel down. I weight 180 pounds. I do feel the board flexing a bit, but so far everything is holding together.
Ling
Recommand if you want to strech your body easily.
Nene66
Its just been 3 days since we received this gadget. It is nice & sturdy. Easy to change the levelling. Its worth the price.

At first I was a little worried about the stability of this slant board because it was a little on the small side. But I worried for nothing. It's very sturdy and gives a great stretch. I have plantar fasciitis for the first time and I think stretching is the key to recovery. And this board is a great to have around to regularly stretch. It's lightweight and a snap to fold up. I have small feet (women's 6.5) so it fits me well, but may not be optimal for someone with a larger foot. I got another more typical wooden slant board which is also very nice, but it doesn't give as good a stretch. I am not sure why but it may be this board has a spot for your heels and its easy to get to the low end of the board. I am just about to order another one for the office!
CHChicago
This is just perfect for me. I keep it out where I can see it all the time and use it for 30 to 60-second stretches many times during the day. It's sturdy and strong enough for me and exactly what I was hoping for.
Kindle_Customer
This is great, easy to use, and very portable. Use on a hard surface (rather than carpet) for best results.
H._Silver
I use this as a slant board to stand on (while my back is against a wall). It is a wonderful posture exercise. I used to use a foam wedge that had a fixed 20-degree slant. I was ready to increase that angle (and the foam was losing its form). So, I tried this product, which starts at 20-degrees; I have adjusted it to a 30-degree slant (and higher when/if I’m ready). It is also very sturdy and solid. The evaluation asked about “maneuverability,” which is irrelevant for my usage, so I didn’t answer that.

Not wife enough for big feet
Gurevitz
This is a solid piece of equipment and does exactly what it was designed to do. Just what I needed. Great value
Leslie_S_McDonald
Could stand to be wider
Jonathan_Meyer
I really like this adjustable slant board. It’s great to have the option of a gentle stretch or deep stretch. That’s good, too, if different family members need different levels of stretch. The board is sturdy. The weight limit is 250 pounds. It collapses flat for easy storage. This makes it great for travel, too. I loved the price compared to some other boards.
mary_stachelek
It was just as posters said
phlynch
simple and effective. just need to use it regularly to get the benefits.
guitarmike82
As advertised. Its heavy duty too. I am a big 200 pound guy and it holds me no problem. I am really really enjoying stretching my muscled with this device. Its VERY EXCITING!
Laura_W.
This has saved my tight muscles. Its easy to use and really gives me a great stretch.
Steven_M._Pilitowski
Just what we were looking for.
ben_blevins
The quality is good and the comfort is nice. But for a stiff guy like me, the gap between 20 and 30 degrees is too steep. More angles please! :D
Angie_L
I love the slant board. I try to use it a least once a day to strengthen my calves, especially focusing on my right calf which is weaker. It is one of the best purchases I've made.
Amazon_Customer
Great stretching tool!
Blues_Lifer
I've never written a review for any produce but I have to for this. I've suffered from plantar fasciitis for 7 years, every day, no stop. Nothing relieved it. Every one of my 10 doctors was wrong on how to fix it. Then my friend told me to get this slant board and literally in 5 days of using this for ten minutes a day my ailment was 100% cured. This thing is a miracle and has given me my life back. I was at 30% less energy all day due to PF, and now I'm finally back. It has been a long seven years. This was the best investment I ever made.
Suchzyggy
Wife loves it. Great for stretching out calves after a good walk and/or run. The adjustments are perfect, couldnt imagine needing it any lower or any higher than what is available.
Cynthia_C.
I love this product for a number of reasons. Most importantly it's really helping my plantar fasciitis because I'm getting a great calf stretch I couldn't get on my own. Plantar fasciitis is very painful and if I don't get a good calf stretch multiple times per day it will never go away.I really like the little ledge for my heel because it stops my foot from sliding off the board. Also, because it's light weight it's much more portable than the heavy wooden stretchers, but it's still a very sturdy product. In addition it's much less expensive than the wooden stretchers and even other plastic calf stretchers. As soon as it was delivered and I tried it out I went ahead and bought 2 more to keep them in different rooms in my house.I included a picture of the aqua stretcher, which I keep in my bedroom. It's the brighter and prettier color. But I also wanted to show a picture of the brown stretcher. I have 2 of these, one in my foyer and one in my living room. The reason I like the brown one is it blends well in rooms where I don't want to highlight that I have a calf stretcher, especially in more formal rooms. It looks especially good in rooms that have wooden furniture in them.I keep a pair of slippers on each stretcher because the little ledge that stops my foot from sliding off can hurt a bit at the heel if I stretch with bare feet.Overall this is a great product!!
Wendy_Darosa_
I was going to therpy for streching and they used this same product. It make the streches i have to do so much easier. I love it

This slant board arrives ready to use. is sturdy, easily adjustable, and is a good size for storage and portability.
Vince_Tran
It is good but the tool is not wide enough .
Osa
This is perfect for my purposes. I don’t have a big foot (size 7, women’s) and am not a heavy person so I can’t attest to how this would work for a larger athlete. But it’s plenty sturdy for my use and folds up flat so that I can store it in my car to take with me when I go on a run. In fact, I prefer this to the larger wooden ones in my gym. So far, the foam on the strip behind the heel area has held up fine though is not necessary if you stretch with your shoes on, as I do. The degrees of slant are calibrated perfectly for me—from a very deep stretch to just a slight one. This is a must for any runner—Achilles and calf stretches are key to preventing injury and device is far superior to using a random curb or step to stretch on.
Lisa_D.
This portable slant board is just what I needed! I travel a lot and find that most gyms don't have slant boards. Since a slant board is a critical part of my stretching workout, I am very happy to have found one that I can take with me when I travel!
Cherry_Flower
Have used it a few times now, works well, as advertised. I am about 170 lbs and the slant board seems robust for me. It has 4 different angle settings, have been using the 30 degree setting, feels great after using my elliptical for my calves.
oldyan
The lightweight make it easily portable. It could also be adjusted to be steeper than most other similar product. The lightweight however does make it less stable. I would always hold on to the wall or a bar for safety.
Amazon_Customer
My wife recently had a knee replacement and her therapy session included a similar device to stretch the back of her leg and improve her posture...it works great and being that it is adjustable makes it even better than the device at the rehab center
RM
I like this product because it is easy to use, fold flat for storage, lightweight, and sturdy.
Anne_F._Figueroa
This gives a better stretch than standing on the steps. It keeps me more stable and the fact that is adjustable helps continue the improvement in stretching.
Kathryn
Great purchase. Even sturdier than expected. Love that it can fold up for storage.
Amazon_Customer
I like that it's fairly compact and easy to store, and it definitely gives a good calf stretch. And contrary to what another review said, I find the heel rest to be a nice feature rather than an annoyance (and still comfortable with bare feet).
