EXTRA THICK 2 PIECE FOAM PAD for balance, exercise, and Yoga. Super comfortable and protective for your knees, head, feet, tailbone. Full 15.75 x 13 x THICK 2.5 inches.
TWO CUSHIONS BETTER THAN ONE! Place these side by side, end to end at 90 degrees for an extra long pad, or place one on top the other for a super cushioning 5 full inches of foam padding.
HOOK & LOOP FASTENERS firmly hold these 2 cushions together to act as a single traditional cushion. Easy to connect and just as fast to disconnect.
GREAT FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY, rehab, and healing after an injury or surgery. These light-weighted yet very supportive cushions can be carried anywhere for a protective and comforting therapy session, for kneeling, or sitting.

The velcro is really tough - so it takes a bit of 'umph' to separate the two pieces if they are affixed together. However that's good. Safe materials. Nice height. Would recommend if you need a narrow or basic platform.
Good Size but I don't consider it XL
The Velcro strip does not stay on the foam pad! It is constantly popping off! Disappointing that the two pieces do not stay together.
The strips that join the two pieces together do not stay on the mat itself. One half has completely come loose without even joining them.
Good quality and comfortable. I put all my weight down (about a hundred lbs) and this is what is looks like. Very firm.
These are better than the ones I used at PT after minicus surgery. Very study

This pair of balance pads were exactly as advertised. My PT recommended that I use them to develop balance after spinal surgery and they are extremely valuable for my exercises. Excellent service and delivered promptly.
Perfect for what I am using them for, I bought a new cover for my boat. You will see in the photo that the center console has a stainless steel frame with relatively sharp corners. So I put one pad on each corner of the console frame before putting the cover on. This prevents wear and tear and prolongs the life of the cover. A nice return on investment. Not to worry, I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship - I will be ordering them for their intended purpose soon. Thank you!
The velcro strip that is used to connect the two blocks into a single block started peeling away after a month or two. The strip is simply held in place by what is basically sticky tape, and the velcro is pretty hard to pull apart, so this isn't particularly surprising. What is surprising is that whoever designed this thought it would work. That said, I typically use the blocks as separate units so this isn't a large usage issue for me.

These arrived full of dings in the pads, and also with the velcro strip ripped off of one of the mats.
It’s nice and cushy. Easy to use for balancing. The only drawback is the issue others have pointed out. The glue used for the velcro comes loose, and I can no longer fit the two pieces together. Other than that, I really like it.
I purchased these blocks hoping the ability to use them separately or fastened together would be a nice convenient option. It didn't work out that way. The strip of hooks wasn't glued on properly, so there were folds in the strip. This prevented the blocks from butting up nicely to each other. Then, the hook and loop fastener held so well, after using them less than a week, the strip of plastic hooks gradually separated from the block, taking a small portion of the block with it. The option of being able to use the two blocks stuck together is a nice idea, but it didn't work out well with the product I received.
We are using these for dog fitness and training. Very good quality and price.
This is valuable to me because I can practice the balance exercises done at Physical Therapy at home.
I really appreciate having the option of two single pieces or one wider one by using the velcro to connect the two. I actually was looking for a single foam pad to use when I do Essentrics (Classical Stretch with Miranda Esmonde-White) - saw this, noticed the price, size and width was everything I was looking for. Glad I got it!
Perfect size and firmness.Exactly what I wanted
Purchased as instructional tool to provide golfers weight shift feedback. It's works great and would improve anyone's golf game.
Works perfectly. Recently has foot surgery and I use them for my at home physical therapy
I bought this on the recommendation of my Physical Therapist. It comes in two pieces with hilariously useless velcro in between. I peeled the velcro off and I use each piece separately (one at work, one at home). Perfect for balancing on one foot and building up my knee stabilizers.

So far so good. Recommended by my physical therapist to work on balance. The velcro holds very tight, this larger size allows for various feet positions. I actually like the feel of this item over the Airex, the brand my PT department uses.
Liked the size and I use it for balance training
One pad is fine. The other one’s tape is coming off and it’s buckling. I’d like these but in perfect condition. I planned on using on Fri, 10/11, HELP!
I needed two separate pads like this for doing crunches: one under my rear and one to keep my shoulders on the same level. Perfect for that.I will say that the velcro that can attach the two pads is stronger than the glue that holds the velcro strip to the pad. When I separated them, the velcro peeled off. I pulled the two velcro parts apart and used the remaining adhesive to stick the one back on the pad. I don't recommend this if you're going to be attaching the pads and then separating them a lot.
Velcroe tore right away. The resistance has held up.
love that I can separate them or join them and use for different exercises

I have just received these for physical therapy on my ankle they feel like the ones I use at the therapist office. I can't answer about the durability as I just received these. Very happy with the price and delivery.
Great balance pads. Love that there are 2 of them because I took one to the office to use to improve my balance while I type st my stand up desk.
These are PERFECT for those with difficulties transferring from standing to sitting, in and out of the car... If used for more than a few hours, they may become uncomfortable. (For those with a bony bottom )
Dixie Rae Sick
Product is exactly what I wanted... I use it for canine fitness exercises with many dogs.
Just got so can’t soeak to durability but feels solid and well made. Great value for the pricr
is practical and extra tick
The foam in this item is fantastic. They work very well. I wish there were really large pads, as in sleeping pads that were made from this.
Seem to be quite durable. I like the Velcro strips. Great addition to a helpful product
I didn't understand they were held together with velcro. When trying to separate the two pieces, one velcro side pulled away from the foam tearing out pieces of foam. Still works but disappointing to have happen right out of the box. Comfortable, sturdy foam.
Thick enough to make kneeling on the ground to do exercises very comfortable.
Product was exactly as expected. Company followed up which is a nice courtesy.
Quick ship. Good quality. Gair price.
I really am happy I got this product. It is a good deal for the price. I will be using it quite regularly. One thing that could be better is the 'hook and loop fasteners.' When I received it, I had to carefully pull them apart so that it would not separate from the pad. Once I did and reattached it to the side and was glued to it appears to be securely in place. It has not been a problem for me because primarily I do not need to separate them. Overall, I am very pleased with this product.

Bought it to do balancing exercises to improve equilibrium. Works great. Great price.
These foam pads are exactly what I expected. They provide excellent padding for my knees when performing certain stretches, and I like the fact that you can separate them to use individually or velcro them together for a single larger pad. Would definitely recommend.
These balancing pads work just like the ones that I use during my physical therapy sessions. Until I received these I could not completely replicate my exercises at home.
I no longer have knee pain when I do some exercises - so glad I purchased them
Really like the options for using this pad, as one large or two small, can double up for more height when needed. Like the other reviewers I found the velcro to be stronger than the glue that holds the velcro to the pad and that the velcro detached from the pad in my attempts to separate the two halves. Otherwise great pads.
It separates from the Velcro on its on, just sitting on the floor. Without every TRYING to separate the two, the Velcro adhesive gives and they pop apart. At least the one I got does. If I got a dud and they replace I will update this.
These were awesome! I will get many years of good exercise with these !
Like the colors and sizes available.Didn’t like that the “hook and loop” (velcro like) attachment on the product (that attaches the two platform products) peeled off ripping the foam platform the first time I separated them. __
More versatile than the larger pads I have.
Wife uses them to help getting up off a low stool, Work great
I have had 7 foot and toe surgeries with titanium in arches and heels. These pads are stored under a breakfast bar in our sunroom. I can push them out to stand on for exercise while I watch the birdfeeder and see all my garden blooming. Then, I can slide them back out of sight. I can really feel the difference in the flexibility and strength I have since I started using these pads.
The pad is what I expected but the velcro on the side that holds the two pads together peeled off of the pad the first time I tried to separate them. Not exactly the best quality. It will still get the job done... Just expected better
I got these for side-planking...great exercise but it killed my elbows. These are perfect! Provide all the comfort I need.
Busy on the Go
Using this for cushioning my knee when doing lunges down to the floor. All that up and down and resting on a hard surface isn't great for my knees. This makes a world of differences.
Overall, the product works as advertised and does what it is intended to do. I had recently completed knee surgery and needed a pad for travel in order to complete my physical therapy. This does the job. I downgraded one star because the Velcro strips that hold the two halves together are attached with very weak glue. They want to pull off each time you separate the two halves.
My daughter uses for stretching
Great pads for yoga or chiropractic exercises. They worked great. Solid product. Simple to use and durable.
I bought one set and was so happy with them that I bought a second set. I didn’t buy them so I could velcro them together. I liked that they were the right size for my feet and I could adjust the distance I wanted to set them for so I would be comfortable. I’m not restricted by one size so I can freely move as narrow or wide as I want. It’s a well made product that feels just firm enough to still tease your balance and soft enough to feel comfortable. The pads stay in place no issues slipping.
These are not as durable as I was hoping. Little divots are coming out of them with used.
These pads are great! The density is perfect, they don't squash down. The material and texture adds traction without that sticky/rubbery feel. The velcro is VERY strong, however, you do have to be careful when pulling the pads apart as the velcro can pull off from the pad.
It met my expectations
Awesome! I carry one half of it in my gym bag.
Fantastic with used with ab roller; relieves knees; I keep half at home and half in car for use at the gym.
When these arrived I opened the box and attempted to split the pads along the Velcro strip, it pealed off and restuck with huge lumps in the Velcro stripping.
William J. O'Brien
The mats arrived earlier than expected which was good. They are working well with my need to attain greater balance due to a side effect of neuropathy.
Linda N. Wade
Well made. Exactly what I needed.
I like the way the 2 pads velcro together. The velcro is strong and keeps the pads together while I exercise. The padding is strong, also. I love this product.
Very satisfied with the product and it met my expecations
Nicely made, can be used as one pad or two smaller one for the knees!
These are very high-quality pads with strong Velcro to go over them together when desired. They have the perfect balance of density and surface softness for my yoga students with knee pain.
These pads are perfect for my exercise routine. They are soft enough to give my wrists a break for yoga, and enough of a lift for floor. Perfect.
This product seems really good I used it in the restaurant the other day it was easier to get in and out of the chair I don't like the way they have split in half I would have liked a much bigger ones three inches would have been better as am using it as a comfortable booster seats. Turns out to be pretty good in the restaurant so I kept it.

The product arrived as expected and was exactly as described.
I have done physical therapy over the years. This Balancing Foam Pad is as good as any i've ever used. Thank you !

After my accident I had to have a rod inserted in my lower left leg. I have used this pad for healing on my left knee as the hardware near the knee makes it difficult to do so otherwise. It has bee great for balance and elevation therapy.
I was looking for something small enough to take it to the gym in order to do crunches with cable machine. I only use one side, but it's perfect size to give extra height and enough space for the knees to perform good crunches.
Really like this/these pads. Wish I would have bought the solid one. I thought I could use the two on top of one another to sit on the floor but just didn’t work out that way, my butts to big. Ha! I had bunion surgery and doing the big toe flexing exercise is really easy with this pad. I use it behind my chair for balance. I also put a tennis ball on it and roll my foot on the ball. OMG feels so go. This helps with the arthritis in my ankle. Really worth it.
Pad is firm and seems like it’ll hold up over time.
We are using these pads in my son's wheelchair to give him a little extra height, as well as some padding while he is in the wheelchair full-time.However, just tonight (been using them daily like this for about a month) my son showed me that the velcro came unstuck from one cushion (i.e., the two pieces are now on the other cushion). Not a deal breaker for what we are using it for, but just a heads up, in case that would be an issue for others.
Wanted a balancing pad that could fit on a step. This balancing pad met that requirement and my expectations. In addition to using the pad on a carpeted step, also use the pad on a wood floor. Was concerned that the pad would slip on the wood floor. It doesn't. I am pleased with my purchase. The seller was prompt in delivery.
Smaller than expected and arrived not in great condition, one side was wrinkled, not great quality. But it was cheap and works well enough for what we needed
I am doing a lot of PT as well as general stretching to catch up after a long post-injury period. I found one knee gets a little sore quickly when doing mat work. My PT suggested getting this kind of pad and wow has it made all the difference! I am gradually able to do so much more and so many more reps without worrying about the knee. It is super comfortable and very durable. Great for the price too!
This item was purchased after using an air mat in physical therapy for balance and core exercises. Works great. No complaints. Very happy with purchase.
Good product for a good price.
great balance of stiffness and softness. Feel the difference immediately once step on it. Have been using it as much I can.
Easy to use, help my daily exercise
I like the two parts design very much, and it is good quality. It helped me a lot in my training.
This works well and doesn't break down fast. Has really helped with balance transfer and training. Really comfortable
These are exactly what I was looking for and work great, except for one thing. The very first time I tried to pull the two apart, the velcro pulled away from one of the pads. It’s not the end of the world, but I definitely can’t put them together and take them apart like you are supposed to be able to do.
Really like this yoga pad's quality. I enjoy the easy and quick splitting or stitching up.It is very good tool for my training.
I've been looking for something like this a long time then found this product and bought. Tried several days, very happy with the price, quality and the color
I didn't think my wife liked it when she saw it, so I should give it a good review
These pads are even more versatile than stated in the description: placing them short end to short end creates a pad wide and long enough to do tandem (one foot in front of the other) balance exercises! And, when placed side by side making the pad pictured in the promo info, many other balance exercises can be done with the same kind of experience as my therapist has me do during therapy sessions as an outpatient. These pads will also work great for doing regular home exercises (classical stretch essentrics/yoga/pilates) when a 'block' is needed for proper positioning for floor exercises. So much better than a pillow! Although I have only used them for 3 days, their design quality and firmness of foam is very comparable to what i use at physical therapy sessions. Original instructions state 'best to use bare feet' and that is what I do. Not sure how well they would hold up with the added friction of tennis shoes and socks only would likely interfere with stability when standing on them. The supplier provided very speedy delivery, packing was good and easy to open. I highly recommend this item for a higher quality balance exercise experience!
