        The incline is about 24 deg and works great for me.

      • How dense and hard are these?

        These are fairly dense, but not as dense as a usual yoga block. They have some give. I would have wrist pain before using these blocks if doing a lot of poses that use the wrists primarily for support. With these blocks, I don't have any wrist pain. I would recommend these blocks.

      • Can this be used for doing eccentric squats for patellar tendonitis?

        Yes, it can be used for ding eccentric squats.

      • What are the dimensions?
